Ethical approach to charging
Marston Group is at the forefront of a campaign to implement a two stage fee structure across the regulated sector. This fee reform will create greater transparency for all stakeholders (especially debtors) and reassure them that fees are applied only when necessary and valid.
Marston Group is working with the industry's enforcement authority bodies, the Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies (ACEA) and the Enforcement Services Association (ESA) to assist the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to develop the new fee structure for the benefit of ALL stakeholders.
We believe this fee reform will lead the enforcement sector in a new and positive direction that will improve its public image and create better working relationships with the general public and stakeholders.
