Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) OTE £24,000+
Marston Group's Enforcement Agents provide first-class services to execute instructions from magistrate courts and local authorities to recover outstanding court fines and other debts through door-to-door collection.
We are currently seeking Enforcement Agents to work in the following locations:
- London
- Bedfordshire
- Hertfordshire
- Essex
- Surrey
- Sussex
- Hampshire
- Devon
- Cornwall
- Northamptonshire
As an Enforcement Agent you must:
- plan, organise and manage your own workload
- possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- be able to use your initiative to resolve problems
- be comfortable working alongside police and other agencies
Our Enforcement Agents are not office-based, therefore applicants must be flexible in both working hours and in terms of location. You should also have a full, clean driving licence.
No formal qualifications are needed however a sound level of education is required. Full training is provided to those who have no previous experience.
Successful applicants must gain satisfactory clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau.
