Contact Centre Agents Required
CONTACT CENTRE AGENTS (INBOUND & OUTBOUND CALLS) FULL-TIME & PART-TIME
Experienced Contact Centre Agents required to work at our centre at Waltham Abbey.
This is a challenging role that requires a responsible approach to ensure accounts are paid in full and that payment arrangements are maintained until the debt has been fully paid.
Contact Centre Agents should be able to demonstrate negotiation skills and have excellent communication skills, as well as an ability to remain calm, professional and focused when speaking to members of the general public.
The role of Contact Centre Agent is temporary to permament, dependant on the individual's performance.
