ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Systems Management
ISO 9001:2008 certifies that Marston Group's practices and procedures consistently produce a service that satisfies its stakeholders' expectations and meet the standardised requirements of a quality management system.
Awarded by TUV (UK), which is an UKAS accredited body, Marston Group has upheld this certification for many years. All areas of the business such as civil enforcements, debt recovery and High Court enforcement are included in the scope across all regional offices. Each office maintains its own accreditation and is subjected to regular external surveillance visits and audits.
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 -Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Marston Group is one of less than 400 organisations, both private and public, in the UK (there are only 4,000 organisations worldwide), that has achieved accreditation to the international standard with regards to information security.
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is an auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
The accreditation helps to protect information assets through a continuous process of implementing, reviewing and maintaining standards to improve the ISMS.
The certification is accredited through BSI Standards and is applicable to Marston Group's offices in Waltham Abbey, Walsall and Sale.

BS EN ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management System
ISO 14001:2004 is an international standard that sets out a framework of elements to create an effective Environmental Management System. The standard assists companies to address the balance between maintaining profitability and reducing environmental impact.
The certification is accredited through QMS and is applicable to Marston Group's Waltham Abbey office.

BS OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health & Safety
BS OHSAS 18001:2007 is the British standard for occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems. It outlines requirements for achieving a compliant OH&S system to manage both health and safety risks, improve performance and boost stakeholder confidence.
The certification is awarded by BSI Standards, the UK's National Standards Body. To achieve the accreditation, Marston Group undertook a six-monthly surveillance visit that involved assessing our enforcement agents' awareness regarding all health and safety standards associated with their roles.
In addition, Marston Group's policies and procedures were reviewed to demonstrate their adherence to BSI's standards and an internal audit was completed.
The certification is applicable to Marston Group's Waltham Abbey office.

City & Guilds Accredited Training Programme
City & Guilds is the UK's biggest name in vocational education.
Marston Group's bespoke Foundation Theory Course and training facility are both accredited by City & Guilds. The Foundation course provides a clear overview of the enforcement sector to all new staff.
The accreditation was achieved following representatives from City & Guilds visiting Marston Group's office and speaking to individual members of staff to compile information for an extensive report.

Marston Group fully adheres to the National Standards for Enforcement Agents produced by the Lord Chancellors Department. Marston Group was one of the first civil enforcement agencies to have approved status conferred.
Marston Group's Chief Executive, Frank Millerick and Director of Group Operations, Paul Caddy continue to play an active role in the association and have been at the forefront of lobbying for a more modern and transparent fee structure.
ACEA provide an escalation and adjudication route for complainants should they fail to be satisfied by the member company.

High Court Enforcement Officers Association
The HCEOA is the only association that represents individuals personally authorised by the Lord Chancellor to enforce High Court Writs.
The HCEOA is the only professional association recognised by the Lord Chancellor in Schedule 2 of The High Court Enforcement Officers (Amendment) Regulations 2004.
City & Guilds
After full audit of our Training and Quality Management system and our Foundation Enforcement Agents Training Course, both received City & Guilds accreditation in August 2008. We have since processed and registered over 300 successful candidates within the City & Guilds scheme.
