County Court Judgments and High Court Writs
High Court Enforcement is the most effective form of enforcement available in the UK, offering a solution to recover debts and evictions through the High Court of England and Wales.
Instructing Marston Group ensures you are represented by highly respected professionals appointed by the Lord Chancellor, and as High Court Enforcement Officers, we pass on the benefits of having more authority than any other type of enforcement officer in the UK. We guarantee a better return for you, your clients or your business.
Accessibility
Accessing our service could not be easier, all you need is a sealed court Writ. If you have a Writ of Fi fa simply send it to our High Court Enforcement Department.
CCJ
If you have a judgment worth more than £600.00 including costs, forward it to our Transfer Up Department who will transfer it to the High Court for enforcement. This service is entirely free, however a cheque for £50.00 made payable to HMCS (Her Majesty’s Court Service) will be required to cover the court fees, as part of the transferring up process. To transfer up your CCJ simply fill in the application form and we will do the rest!
No CCJ
If you do not have a judgment, you can issue proceedings by applying for one at court or online at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk. All you need is a credit card for the £50.00 court fee. Please note this fee is payable to Her Majesty’s Court Service, not Marston Group. You will also need to know the debtor’s full name and address and details of the sum owed to you.
