Marston Group is the preferred service provider to the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission (formally known as the Child Support Agency) for the enforcement of 99% of liability orders issued in respect of child maintenance arrears throughout the UK.

Marston Group has been working in partnership successfully with the Child Maintenance Enforcement and Commission since July 2001. During 2007/08 we recovered over £7m in child maintenance arrears.

Our efforts help the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission meet its objective, which is to ensure that non-resident parents contribute financially to the upkeep of their children. This in turn supports the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) strategic objectives and initiatives to ensure all children have the best start and ending poverty by 2020.
