Marston Group provides a comprehensive forfeiture service which includes compiling an inventory (written and photographic) of all valuable goods. Photographs are supplied without charge to the client. These have been acclaimed as invaluable in resolving subsequent disputes.

The lease is then forfeited by our Certificated Enforcement Agent (CEA) peaceably entering the premises with a locksmith outside of trading hours. Once the locks are changed, notices of the forfeiture are clearly displayed informing the tenant of the situation. The new keys are handed over to the Landlord/Property Management Agency.

Upon receipt of instructions, Marston Group act promptly, normally within 24 hours, and efficiently to secure the premises to prevent re-entry.

Our CEA informs the police of our intended actions. The CEA attends the property with a locksmith out of working hours to peaceably enter the premises and return it to the landlord
