Marston Group Chairman John Marston and Chief Executive Frank Millerick tell the Daily Telegraph Business Club how a merger between two businesses in the enforcement sector, Drakes Group and John Marston & Co, has given Marston Group access to every area of enforcement.
In all, there are now nine separate revenue streams, including high court writs, magistrates' court distress warrants, child maintenance liability orders, commercial rent arrears, and employment tribunal awards. Investment in training and a proprietary IT system has given its Enforcement, Compliance and Customer Service teams the tools they need to keep Marston Group ahead of the competition.
