Mae'n Grwp Marston ("Marston") yn falch o gyhoeddi y bydd yn agor swyddfa ranbarthol yng Nghasnewydd.

Mae'r swyddfa yng Nghymru yn rhoi'r cyfle i'r Grwp ddatblygu ei fusnes ymhellach ledled Cymru, ac mae'n ategu ei swyddfeydd rhanbarthol sy'n gwasanaethu Llundain a De-ddwyrain Lloegr (Waltham Abbey), Gogledd-orllewin Lloegr (Sale), Canolbarth Lloegr (Walsall) a Gogledd-ddwyrain Lloegr (Billingham).

Sefydlwyd y swyddfa newydd, sy'n cynnwys canolfan alwadau iaith ddeuol, ar ol i Marston uno a RNR Enforcement, yng Nghasnewydd, De Cymru. Rob Cavendar, cyn-gyfarwyddwr RNR Enforcement, fydd Rheolwr Rhanbarthol Cymru Marston.

Gan roi sylwadau am ymuno a Marston, meddai Rob: "Ar ol blynyddoedd o weithio yn y sector gorfodi, roedd uno a chwmni sy'n parhau i osod ffiniau newydd ar draws y diwydiant yn benderfyniad naturiol. Mae safon yr hyfforddiant mae Marston yn ei ddarparu i'w asiantau gorfodi yn eithriadol, ac mae'n un o'r rhesymau i mi ymuno a'r cwmni blaenllaw hwn. Rwy'n hyderus y bydd y fenter newydd hon yn llwyddiannus i Marston, ac rwy'n edrych ymlaen at ddarparu gwasanaeth o'r radd flaenaf i gleientiaid Cymru."

Dywed Gareth Hughes, Dirprwy Brif Weithredwr Marston: "Mae ehangu ein busnes i Gymru yn gam pwysig strategol sy'n ein galluogi i gynnig gwasanaeth cynhwysfawr, lleol i gleientiaid Cymru. Mae'r gallu iaith ddeuol hefyd yn ein galluogi i gynnig gwasanaeth gorfodi cenedlaethol ledled Cymru a Lloegr."

Marston Group ("Marston") is proud to announce the opening of its Welsh regional office in Newport.

The Welsh office provides the Group with an opportunity to further develop its business streams throughout Wales, and supplements its regional offices covering London and the South-east (Waltham Abbey), the North-west (Sale), the Midlands (Walsall) and the North-east (Billingham).

The new office, which incorporates a dual language call centre, was established following Marston's merger with RNR Enforcement, based in Newport, South Wales. Rob Cavender, a former director of RNR Enforcement, becomes Marston's Welsh Regional Manager.

Commenting on joining Marston, Rob said: "After years working in the enforcement sector, it was a natural decision to merge with a company that continues to set new boundaries across the industry. The standard of training Marston provides its enforcement agents is exceptional, and is one of the main reasons for my decision to join this progressive company. I'm confident that this new venture will be a success for Marston, and I look forward to providing Welsh clients with first-rate service delivery."

Gareth Hughes, Marston's Deputy Chief Executive, comments that: "Our expansion into Wales is a strategically important step that enables us to offer a comprehensive, locally-based service to Welsh clients. The dual language capability also enables us to offer a truly national enforcement proposition across England & Wales."
