Marston Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Fatima Rhazouani as Head of Local Authority Client Services.
In her new position, Fatima will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery in support of Marston Group's local authority clients, and for managing the civil enforcement Client Services and Account Management teams.
Fatima joined the Marston Client Services team in 2003, and has steadily progressed her career at the company through a series of promotions awarded in recognition of her hard work, dedication and best practice approach.
Commenting on her new role, Fatima said: "I am looking forward to leading the Client Services team and ensuring that our clients receive a first-class service. I hope to build on my experience at the company to implement new initiatives that will increase our effectiveness and further strengthen our client relationships."
