Marston announces 10th High Court Enforcement Officer

Marston Group (Marston) is pleased to announce that another member of its team has been appointed as a High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO).

Mark Eddowes, Operational Enforcement Support Manager at Marston, was presented with his full membership certificate at the High Court Enforcement Officers' Association (HCEOA) Stakeholder Luncheon on Friday 18 November.

Following a two year authorisation process to gain HCEO status, Mark can now receive judgments and orders of the High Court and County Courts of England and Wales.

Mark is one of only 69 HCEOs, each authorised personally by the Lord Chancellor, or his designated person, pursuant to paragraph 2 (1) of Schedule 7 of the Courts Act 2003 and Regulation 6 of the High Court Enforcement Officers' Regulations 2004.

Mark commented: "I am delighted and proud to become a fully authorised High Court Enforcement Officer. I would like to thank both the Marston and HCEOA boards for their support throughout the process, and I look forward to working with them in the years to come."

Gareth Hughes, Marston Deputy Chief Executive, added: "We are committed to growing our High Court division, and it is therefore vital that we invest in our people and support them with development opportunities where possible. Mark's appointment is an important demonstration of this, and one that is well deserved."
