Marston Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Jinks as Head of High Court Client Services.
In this newly created position, Neil will work closely with the operations team to provide a best practice approach and excellent end-to-end service delivery to all Marston's High Court clients.
Neil has more than 20 years' experience in the legal and credit markets, including an in-depth understanding of the enforcement sector gained from his time as a Marston client. Since he joined the company in May 2010, Neil has put this valuable experience to good use, working to enhance Marston's relationships with its High Court customer base.
Commenting on his new role, Neil said: "I am delighted with this promotion, as it gives me the opportunity to further utilise my knowledge to develop the Group's service offering and ensure our clients get the level of service they really need. This new position demonstrates that we're listening, and putting into practice solutions that will support and build stronger relationships."
Gareth Hughes, Marston's Deputy Chief Executive, further commented: "We are looking to significantly grow our High Court Enforcement division, and this new role will help to ensure that the company's infrastructure can support increased demand for our services. As a former client of Marston, Neil is ideally placed to present a balanced viewpoint to the Board. I am confident he will ensure that our client relationships continue to develop and progress in a positive and productive manner over the long term."
