Marston Group makes a positive impression in the New Statesman
The New Statesman magazine has devoted its current issue to the Coalition's Spending Review announcement, and Marston Group was asked to comment on its fee reform campaign.
Gareth Hughes, Marston Group's Deputy Chief Executive, writes for the prestigious publication and argues that implementation of the Tribunals, Courts & Enforcement Act regulations would introduce much-needed reform and reduce the risk of enforcement for all stakeholders.
