Marston Group is delighted to announce the award of a new contract with Portsmouth City Council to recover unpaid parking penalties. The contract forms part of the Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth framework agreement.
Portsmouth City Council was impressed by the added value services that Marston Group offers, and in particular the excellent performance allied with sympathetic enforcement that has resulted in high praise from debt advice groups, especially on the Isle of Wight.
Since commencing enforcement on the Island in 2009, Marston Group has developed a positive and open relationship with the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) by identifying vulnerable debtors and referring them to the CAB when they require assistance.
Alan Clark, Marston Group Business Development Director said: "After our recent contract wins in Cornwall and Newcastle, this is further testament to the hard work and dedication shown by our staff. Our 'local' service nationwide delivers excellent recovery at minimum cost to the customer, and our ethical approach protects the reputation of the client. I would like to thank Portsmouth City Council for trusting Marston Group with their recovery."
