Marston Group's High Court Enforcement Officers ("HCEOs") recently seized an Airbus whilst executing a writ for the sum of £112,000 against a European airline.

The multi-agency operation took place at a leading London airport, as the Group's HCEOs worked alongside airport authorities to seize the aircraft after it had landed safely on the runway. Using their negotiation skills, the HCEOs then recovered the full amount due under the writ.

Brian Havercroft, High Court Services Director, commented that: "We take great pride in delivering fast and effective enforcement services that clearly demonstrate the benefits of using HCEOs. Our Officers are fully trained to successfully recover outstanding debts in a responsible and efficient manner. The full payment received for this writ is a testament to our Officers' professional and flexible approach.

Whether our clients need us to enforce a writ by seizing an Airbus or by visiting an SME to recover a smaller debt, Marston Group is capable of ensuring that a successful outcome is achieved through fast and effective action."
