Marston Group's partnership with the Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS), the UK's leading debt help charity, has flourished following its launch in August 2009.
The inclusion of CCCS free phone contact details on all Marston Group's written correspondence has resulted in an increase of customers seeking advice. During August and September this year over 540 customers were helped by CCCS, free of charge.
This increase is testament to the commitment made by Marston Group to assist vulnerable debtors and to the valuable work carried out by CCCS. The partnership is proving to be a great success and is helping CCCS to reach those who really need professional and objective debt advice.
Commenting on the relationship, Rob Sandall CCCS' Partnerships Development Officer said: "This is a fantastic achievement and demonstrates that the partnership is working well. To ensure that Marston Group customers' are given priority, we have set up a new dedicated free phone number especially for their customers."
Alan Wood, Marston Group's Business Development Manager further commented: "Ethical enforcement is a term that is often used however Marston Group has demonstrated its commitment by forming this partnership. Working with CCCS provides a genuine lifeline for those that need help with their debts.
