Marston Group (Marston) is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted in Credit Today's Utilities and Telecoms Awards under the 'Innovation of the Year' category.

Marston submitted a joint entry with EDF Energy which showcases how, through a collaborative process, the two companies worked to introduce a ground-breaking new debt resolution model which has transformed the recovery process and delivered a range of benefits to both EDF Energy and its customers.

Gareth Hughes, Deputy Chief Executive, said: "The team at Marston are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award which demonstrates the achievements we have attained in what is a relatively new market for the private enforcement sector. We are equally proud to be recognised alongside our valued client, EDF Energy."

The winner will be unveiled at an awards ceremony on 22nd September 2011 at the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool.
