Michael Jackson has been re-elected to the board of the High Court Enforcement Officers' Association ("HCEOA").
Michael is also now HCEOA's Complaints Officer, and is responsible for handling and resolving all received complaints relating to High Court Enforcement Officers.
Commenting on his re-election, Michael said: "I am delighted, and I consider it an honour to continue to serve on the Board. I am looking forward to my new role as Complaints Officer."
Alongside his role at HCEOA, Michael has worked closely with the Security Industry Authority on an expert working group for the training and licensing of enforcement officers, and will be working on a new training course in association with the Institute of Credit Management.
The HCEOA is the membership body for High Court Enforcement Officers, each of whom is authorised personally by the Lord Chancellor. For further information about the HCEOA, its members and its code of practice, click here.
