High Court enforcement is the fastest and most effective form of enforcement in the UK.
Marston is the UK’s leading judicial services group, recovering more monies for High Court clients than anyone else.
What can we do?
When traditional debt collection methods fail, our expertise as authorised High Court Enforcement Officers enables us to prompt immediate engagement from individuals or businesses that have been ordered to pay money, return property or vacate land. Our powers enable us to:
- generate engagement;
- be supported by law;
- gain entry to private dwelling with peaceful admittance; and
- forcibly enter business premises if necessary.
How can we help you?
By transferring up your court order for enforcement as a High Court writ, we recover the money owed to you by the debtor under the judgment and pay this money back to you quickly.
If you have a High Court judgment less than six years old that has failed to be enforced, even by another provider, we can also help you with our High Court returns service.
Our tracing and monitoring division processes over one million cases per year which means we locate more of the individuals who owe debt – as a free service to our clients.
Our services are available nationwide and cover the complete range of High Court enforcement.

Genuine national coverage.
Over 1,000 employees and agents operating from 6 regional centres processing over 1.2 million court orders per year including: 450+ dedicated enforcement agents; a fully-integrated 50-seat contact centre; 80 High Court specialists and a team of highly experienced authorised High Court Enforcement Officers.
Better collections.
In 2011, one in three (or 33%) writs issued by the High Court were dealt with by us, the largest by far, and we collected more than 50% of all monies across the sector. In 2012, a further 23,310 writs were issued to us and we collected £22.9 million, recovering 92.4 pence in the pound from enforceable cleared writs.
Better value.
Voted Enforcement Team of the Year for three consecutive years, our High Court Charter details the exceptional level of service you can expect. This includes dedicated client management, market leading tracing and monitoring, and our commitment to national standards when dealing with vulnerable individuals. Despite our scale, we have one of the industry’s lowest complaint levels (0.2%) and adhere to strict standards for ethical, effective enforcement. With purpose-built technology, we provide clients with real-time online updates and full case history. Our results are completely transparent and independently audited.
